Hi my name is Stefanie, I am 206 pounds and have been struggling with my weight since having my beautiful children. I use to be very athletic and could eat whatever I wanted, the most I ever weighed was 140lbs, I am tall as well 5'8". Hi my name is Stefanie, I am 206 pounds and have been struggling with my weight since having my beautiful children. I use to be very athletic and could eat whatever I wanted, the most I ever weighed was 140lbs, I am tall as well 5'8". However, as I aged I kept on eating whatever I wanted but not at the exercise level that I use to be at. Now after many, many failed attempts at fad diets, gimmicks and pure laziness I am giving it my all. I am looking to find support and wisdom in my healthy lifestyle change and fitness level. I have already started to read the Spark, I have the Spark cookbook and love the recipes and have been able to create many of my own using the same principals I have learned in the book. I also have the Spark boot camp dvd, however I find it to easy and have designed my own fitness plan. I have taken up running and this has helped me challenge myself. I cant wait till the summer and the new me that I am working towards!

My Goals:
1- To be down 25 lbs, so be at a weight of 180lbs by the first day of Spring 2012
2- To be down 25 lbs, my goal weight, by Mike and I's 13th wedding anniversary, so 155lbs.

My Program:
My program broken down:

Nutrition-Eating sensibly with meal plans set for two weeks in advance with fruits and vegetables, eating with my family and children to model good and healthy eating habits.

Fitness: I am training for a 15k, so running three times a week plus strength training on odd days. I also walk my girls to school and want to start walking more places and when the weather gets warmer bike more places instead of driving.

Other Information:
I have bought the Spark..Yeah! and have read most of it, still going. I also have just bought the spark cookbook and of course the 28 day bootcamp dvd..woohoo!!!
