I am a mom and an art teacher.
I started at 180lbs October 2007
I am very consistent in my goal of exercise and staying active, but over the summer I gained back some of weight I lost. I know this happens to many of us, but when it happens to you, you can't help but get down on yourself. I am over that now, and walking the line again. Some days I am over the line on either side. Right now it doesn't matter if i get back to my goal weight, I just need to coast and not go up or down in either direction.
I just want to live a healthy life and stay active so I can provide a good example for my little one.
Progress is slow, but that is a good thing...right?

I am always happy to share/receive advice and I love new buddies :)

My Goals:
Learn about nutrition and healthy living.
Lose the weight I have gained since high school. College is not good to the body ;)


My Program:
I exercise, mostly walks with my son and I am following the diet strictly. My main problem is portion control and to know when to stop eating. Oh, and eating out of boredom!!!
