Life is improving now, it is amazing what you can see when the black clouds that have surrounded you are finally lifted.
Life has taken on a new hope for the future, a new understanding of myself, and a new motivation. Not just in wieght loss but in all aspects of my life. I can't change the past but now I can live with it, and begin to really move forward.
So at the age of 63 yrs I'm starting a new chapter in my life!!!!

I like reading, drawing, caligrahy, and music of any kind. I do like outdoor activities, but of late my weight has stopped me practicing my real passion, which is Karate I hold a Nidan rank in Shotokan (2nd degree black belt).
I have started recently to do Katas again at home so I can eventually go back to full time training
