My Goals:
Hardly any fat around my abdomen, without loosing muscle.
My Program:
1800 cals per day, making sure I never go under the suggested amount on the protein intake, which means I have to be careful amount amount what sort of protein I eat. Plenty of lean meat & tuna for me, along with lots of fruit & veg. 5 meals a day. Each meal must have some protein content and each meal should not exceed 400 calories. ie Eat every 3-4 hours.
