My Goals:
Hardly any fat around my abdomen, without loosing muscle.

My Program:
1800 cals per day, making sure I never go under the suggested amount on the protein intake, which means I have to be careful amount amount what sort of protein I eat. Plenty of lean meat & tuna for me, along with lots of fruit & veg.

5 meals a day. Each meal must have some protein content and each meal should not exceed 400 calories. ie Eat every 3-4 hours.

Hey there! Yeah I know exactly what you mean about it all becoming addictive. Before joining, I have been seriously working out just about every single day for about 2 months. And oddly enough, I have found running to be one of my favorite things to do as well. I usually run about 3 to 4 miles daily plus other cardio. It's gotten to the point where I feel incredibly guilty for skipping a day of working out. I have kept up with my exercise journal, which is really inspiring when I read how far I've come :) Good luck on the journey!
