My Goals:
This week (11/8) my son and I are committing to one week of no high-frutose corn syrup. After a look in the frig .. it looks like a lot of stuff is going to be thrown out (even the yogurt).

My Program:
1. Get 9 hours of sleep
2. Move 30 minutes every day.
3. Stay focused and positive.
4. Eat only when hungry
5. Chew food until the flavor is gone
6. Stay within calorie limit

You can do this thing! a month from now, you can be looking back on an awesome success. It is done one day at a time... logging every bite you put in your mouth... it will make you mindful of the food you are eating. Good luck on your journey to health! emoticon
