I've been off any program for a long time so I know better than to try to do everything all at once and set myself up for failure. I know I need some small successes so I'm starting with just eating better than I am now and trying to make exercise a daiiy part of life.
I'm a single mother of a 13 year old daughter and an 8 year old son who are my world. I'm also a second grade teacher and have recently started my part time photography business. I'm a horse show mom, a soccer mom, a basketball mom, and as busy as that makes my life I'm more blessed than I deserve to be.
I love movies! Romantic comedies are my favorite but I like most everything except sci-fi and scary movies. I love listening to music, reading magazines, following my favorite blogs, and watching my kids do what they do.
Iíve belonged to a lot of teams here on spark-- i really do believe that the Emotional Eaters team is one of the very best, itís a great group of people- very supportive and encouraging-- and it is very refreshing to talk with people who "get" what you're going through!!

Spark has a lot of great tools, and you will learn which ones work best for you. The best tools are the people tho, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder. Iíve been here for over a year now, and I still am overwhelmed, every day, by the kindness and goodness of others on this team!! That has made a world of difference for me. I hope you have the same success!
