I really would love to lose 62 lbs (to reach the healthy mark for my BMI) and overall be in good health.
To exercise at least 4 times a week (and lifting weights 2 of those days), drink .55 ozs of water a day Stick within the recommended caloric range.
As you can tell- I'm a Pittsburgh gal and love football. I am a SAHM of 2 beautiful girls a 10 year old (going on 20) and a very active 3 year old. I am happily married to the best man in the world (or at least that is my opinion!).
