I will check out the challenge. Thanks for the heads up!
A bodybugg is sort of like a heart rate monitor, but you wear it on your arm. If you have ever watched The Biggest Loser, the "thing" you see on the contestants' right arm is a bodybugg. It tracks your calorie expenditure for the day and your steps. You log into their website to key in your food eaten for the day. Then you end up with either a surplus or deficit in calories for the day. I try to end each day with a deficit in calories.
It is expensive, but I like it and it is working for me. If anyone ever thinks about getting one, they can email me for more information on how it works for me.
What a delight to get an email saying I have have been added as your friend! Thank you so much!!! Together, we can change our lives to become healthier and fit! Together, WE CAN DO THIS!!!
We are beginning a 12-week challenge starting July 8th-- I hope you come join us!!!
By the way... what is the bodybugg?
Hugs! =0) Camille

Hi! I'm popping in to WELCOME you to the Spark Team "Music City Motivators" and introduce myself as your team leader.
Come join us at the TOWN SQUARE (found on our MCM home page) where we can all chat, get to know each other and keep each other motivated on a single posting thread. http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/groups_ individual.asp?gid=9538
I've lived in Nashville since 1984 and married a native Nashvillian. I work-out at Urban Active Murfreesboro Rd. My daughter graduated in May as a voice major from MTSU.
Since I joined Spark People and started my weight-loss journey, I have lost 45 lbs & 29.5 inches... slow and steady but continual.
Historically, I have put myself on "diets" and moaned, groaned and complained to being deprived... I had DIET RAGE! This time it is different. My positive attitude is what is different for me this time. ELIMINATING EXCUSES is my mantra... Only positive thoughts and motivational attitudes...it’s the elusive key to weight-loss success and a happy life!
Have a GREAT journey... and remember to eliminate excuses that keep you from attaining your goals and you WILL get there. WE ARE STRONG! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
God Bless!!! =0) Camille
