Stay on Target
Well, after years and years of yo-yo dieting and losing the battle, I have to get healthy or not travel. I get sick every time I fly (not to mention the fact that the plane seats seem to be getting smaller). I am going to work on small goals--10 pounds at a time and drinking my eight glasses of water. I am keeping an online food diary using the bodybugg, and it is the only thing I keep coming back to. Since last December I have lost 16 pounds. Wish it had ...
Well, after years and years of yo-yo dieting and losing the battle, I have to get healthy or not travel. I get sick every time I fly (not to mention the fact that the plane seats seem to be getting smaller). I am going to work on small goals--10 pounds at a time and drinking my eight glasses of water. I am keeping an online food diary using the bodybugg, and it is the only thing I keep coming back to. Since last December I have lost 16 pounds. Wish it had been more, but at least it is a loss. I need help staying on target (or I will end up like a lost Star Wars fighter ship).

Get healthy! Lose 10 pounds at a time.
My Program:
Started with the 8 glasses of water a day and 10 minutes of stretching. Worried about going too fast and yo-yo'ing again.
