im not going shopping for a bigger bra no !@#$ way

Started Insanity Program due to issues BP a while back finished it and continued on to other forms of fitness. I used to blog about Insanity Program it was a love hate relationship lol.
Seriously I had gain weight due to a thyroid condtion but always love to exercise specially when I was younger exercise is not only great for your body its benefits are stellar for your brain as well.
I am just a percentage of women out there that also gain in that area, and those of of who do gain ...

I am just a percentage of women out there that also gain in that area, and those of of who do gain weight there and already have larger boobs I wear an odd size bra 32dd to ddd depending on who the bra manafuter is and the mear notion I would have to by a larger size was not happening no how no way.

Why well
1.Economics while less endowed females shop 3.00 to let's say 25.00 if u have big chest your lucky if you can find a decent bra for 38.00 at the lower price if u want to exercise the price just shot up 20.00 bucks if not more.

2. If you happen to be a odd size its going to cost ya!

3. If you like to exercise fitness bra large odd size its going to cost. Ya plus make no bones about it/ or wear two ill fitting bras

Facts are the larger your chest the stronger your back should be.

One day;
I had gone to the eye doctor to get some contacts when he was examined me he said; and I quote" the capillaries in my eyes were broken and suggested I to to the Dr. For BP check asap.

So I saw the Dr. Had fitness test done to which the cardiolost administed because my BP was sooo high when the nurse took it they made me sit there for 30 min and took in the other arm and it was even higher than she called the cardiolost on staff. "Hench the stress test"
Even though my thyroid was removed, and I had synthroid for it. Even as the Dr. writing my a scrip
To control BP, I'm thinkin hell I eat clean, I have been doing yoga since pre teen, I swim. hiking ect but needed to ramp my metabolism into overdrive cause there was NO WAY, OMG Im not buying a larger friggin bra , so I did Insanity Program lost weight got down to 160
For me I love the endorphine from exercise. I got a divorce . I didn't have a dvd player anymore couldn't afford one but I did have a Total Gym and my very athletic son said to me "Ya Ma but do you use it??? And gave me a LOOK then he proceeded to tell me of somethin he saw about writing 1 to 100 on pieces of paper and tacking on the wall. He told after I do any exercise rip it up and throw it away I did now on my second 100 round, and lowered my BP so much my Dr. Told I could get rid of those meds and a smaller bra cup size I actually do weight training on the TG and Pilates 6 days a week which can be quite challenging who knew, Consistency is the key plain and simple whatever you , thats just what works for me and I journal about every day then I rip up that numbered piece paper till the next day. I get encouragement from friends/family and I can wear wicked cute bras Ya they still cost but not as they could have, so find your thing and start ripping up those numbered pieces of paper it works, eat clean. I try to eat clean most of the time.

My Goals:
Started due to not wanting to buy bigger bra, control BP,I'm no longer on any and control stress, sort of a endorphine junkie now just want define my muscles & get back to swimming ;(
Just started on my 3rd round of 100 days of exercise, trying to incorporate my workout routines into my new shedule and I'm still trying to get to the pool still!!!!!!!

My Program:
My program is using my Total Gym 6 days a week, on 3rd round of 100 days of exercise added Pilates to the Weight Training & I blog/ journal what # I'm on. I would prefer to swim laps but Ya use what Ya got and what I have is a Total Gym lol & I DON'T USE A SCALE AND DON'T WANT ONE LOL, can tell by my clothes
I eat clean! Most the time lol!

Other Information:
"who knew the exercising like fien helps "lol!!
