I am hoping to get down to at least 150lb by my 33rd birthday. If I lose more, that will be great, but I don't want to end up disappointed - again.
I am reducing my calorie intake by eating less. When I have the urge to eat due to stress or boredom I will drink a glass of water or fat free milk. That will hold me over until snack or meal time.
