StarvingCook gets fit

Hi everyone. My name is Juno and I am here to get fit & healthy. I have two You Tube channel devoted to healthy recipes, weight loss and cooking.

As for my nutrition and exercise plan, I have devised something that works for me. My nutrition plan consists of food portioning, some calorie counting and a low sodium & sugar diet.

Since February 2009 I have lost 20 lbs and I want to keep going until I reach my goal weight.
