    IKR! I guess it is like being an alcoholic or drug addict. There is no "little taste", there is just a small step towards something bad.

    I started off well today, even after accidentally adding white sugar to my coffee. The thing is to try and visualise yourself feeling better, and soon that pizza (and those gooey squares!) will become a joke. So now I have my nose to the floor and shall not slip again. At least not until I have crossed a milestone.

    Your dinner sounds so tasty, pizza, cinnamon squares. . . Oh my. Drool worthy. The problem is eating that kind of stuff triggers massive cravings for more. It leaves you hungrier the next day, starving for more food. It makes you feel unsatisfied for a few days. Temptations are harder to beat off as it awakens cravings central.

    The only way I can really stick to something is to avoid all temptations. Otherwise I tend to fail.
