I want to lose 29 pounds by December 31,2011. I will eat healthier and exercise consistently. I will keep a positive attitude and be happier.

-fitness 3-5 days
-record my nutrition and fitness
-go back to healthy eating

I am a happily married women with 3 adult children. I live in Hudson Valley, New York and I am a part-time library clerk.
