You have done a great job emoticon . My Dad had a Stroke a year and a half ago he has lost a little arm and leg movement on his left side he's early 70's and never asked for help a day in his life . He now has semi given up . I will try to get him to read your profile. I his daughter am 44 and will be in his shoes if I don't change things now. Your beautiful emoticon

I came to sparkpeople looking for inspiration to lose a few pounds, I haven't started working out or eating healthier yet, but your page is inspiring me. Congrats, keep up the good work!

I have been off line for months, Mum had a stroke and I am her carer, she is a lot better now, walking and talking though fragile. She is 83yo.
I do hope that you have improved in health after your stroke, judging by your wieght loss, I think you are going ecceptionally well!! good on you!! well done!!
I have gone back up to 87kg the last 4 months. I am my own worst enemy.
I can feel the sore feet coming back and the sore knees. so I have been out shuffling along the last 3 days, to start again!
Reading your progress has made me realise that is has to be an ongoing thing, with no relapses!!? Like you say, go at a month at a time..
    Hugs, ZeldaCeleste
