I am so glad that you are Startin-New!! We all have our ups and downs and what counts is that you are back and that is the key to a healthy lifestyle
One thing I have I am doing this time around is that I no longer beat myself up when I don't eat right. That used to be the big excuse to QUIT totally. No more excuses for me. I have a 'total screwup' category on my food tracke. This way I can look at that day and see "if I hadn't eaten that (whatever is in the total screwup', then I would have been within my ranges".
I am having a hard time keeping my hands busy w/o putting food in them. What do you do when eating is the easiest thing that comes to mind. I have cucs in the fridge and am thinking about bread. At least I came to the puter instead of adding more food. I grew up never knowing if i was hungry or not. I am lazy about writing food down. And have a fairly stressful life. I know counting calories like you said (1400-1600 day) works best for me too. What about "free" snacks like cucs or celery? Is anything considered free other than water? I am thrilled for you to have done so successfully toward your goal. Any major hints?Maybe get dressed and go outside instead of thinking food which is a lazy indoor activity. I'll try that now. Funny, I dont know if I'm hungry or not but I just think FOOD. I could think Drink? But no, food and fridge. It's like a form of mindless anaesthesia like the TV.
