My Goals:
My goal is to do the following things slowly: lose weight become more active eat healthier food I'm only looking at losing 1/4 lb a week. I've lost weight fast before, but because I didn't take the time to make real changes in my life, the weight all came back.
My Program:
Don't really have a program, but this is what I'm trying: Add more fruit and vegies to what I eat. Make sure there is milk and yogurt in my daily meal plan. Build up my cardio and strength training time by 5% each week. And, of course, drink the 8 cups of water every day!
