Once Again

Having trouble commiting but can't stand another pound but its complicated by not being able to get my thyroid regulated ,by not being able to find a good doctor who understands hashimotos and my ups and downs with it. +10 lbs in the month of Sept. changed meds and no extra weight but can't loose it.

Started yet a different compounded thyroid med today, But its only half the dose of what I had been onlast year don't know how that will help but the "new doc" I went to insisted it would be ok. emoticon I will give it a try but one more pound and if I am to tired to function new doc, any suggestions?
