I plan on losing 50 lbs and hope I can do this by this time next year December 2008. I want to go slow with the cardio so I don't get too sore. When your my age you have to be careful.
I am watching my calaries and carbs and biking on a home bike for 60 to 70 minutes a day. My problem is I like wine with dinner and I know I have to watch the calaries but they say if your going to have a drink wine is the best as far as calaries and carbs go. check out my message board items they are very helpful and God knows I need all the help I can get
Hi my name is Starr and I am from Port Colbourne, Ontario. Port Colbourne is close to Niagara Falls. I have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. I love to garden and to cook. I am hoping to lose 50 lbs by November 2008. So far I am half way but the last half seems to be really hard but I will not give in to it I am going to workout that much more and watch what I eat and drink.
