Shedding the lbs

I had given up on this due to being discouraged. However, in November 2010, I got back on track and with ups and downs I have managed to lose 69 pounds! I'm almost to my goal, so I'm working extra hard to get there and stay there this time. :) I'm not sure how often I'll be on here, but you can find me on apps like Nexercise & My Fitness Pal. Just shoot me a message for my usernames.

My Goals:
I want to finally look good in a bikini this year! I'm turning 26 in August and it's about time I was comfortable with my body.

My Program:
Exercising -- walking, tennis, xbox kinect, wii, etc & counting calories. I'm trying to make smart choices with what I eat and learning more about what not to put in my body.

The sounds cool. ill have to look it up online. wish i could go wit ya to. it would be fun.. but hey 4 pounds so far is good, keep it up. So far i lost 7 pounds, will be weighing again on sunday to see if i lost anymore lol. hope i have. i wanna fit into a size 7 jeans at least lol.

lol.. good... keep and eye on what u eat.. im about to do my workout for the day in just a min after i get anthony to sleep lol.. ever since i started watchng what i ate.. i lost 3 pounds already so..
