Thanks for stopping by! Sorry I disappeared!! I was traveling this weekend and I've been pretty stinkin sick the last week, so I haven't been online much at all. Mostly just sleeping! I'm trying to force myself back into it, even though I still feel crappy. But I will be around a bit more =)

How have you been? hopefully rockin! Have a great tuesday/patty's day!!!

Thanks! Unfortunately, I had the opposite problem yesterday. I drank probably a tenth of what I normally do, and it was all soda and other flavored things rather than water (my usual). That may be affecting my weight today, so I'm not putting much stock in it for a few days. I'm trying not to feel too overwhelmed in unpacking. Today hasn't been great calorie-wise, but at least I'm doing better with the water. Tomorrow morning I'm going back to the gym, so hopefully it will be right back to my good habits with food and water too. Thanks for the comment. I'm trying to hang in there emotionally. It's going to be a stressful next 2 weeks.

How are you doing? How has your weekend been?

Hi,

Awesome job today! I hope you had a good day overall (you know, in the rest of your life). I had a pretty good day and am feeling like I accomplished what I needed to today. Going to bed at a reasonable hour will make it so much better. (Early gym tomorrow.) I hope you have another great day tomorrow. Thanks again for starting this thread - you guys are keeping me on track.

Love,
Jane
