My Goals:
I want to think about what I am putting in my body. I want to be more active and get outside more. I want to drink more water and less caffeine. I want to be grateful for all of the things I am blessed with. I want to lose 85 lbs.

My Program:
-walking a lot
-Sparkpeople strength training
-mindful eating
-8 glasses of water a day
-yoga
-tracking food & exercise

Personal Information:
I live in the Boston suburbs and work in student affairs at a local university. Meowmie of two cats, Buddy and Baby, and mommy to Margaret born 5/1/13. A jeans and t-shirt girl who wishes she could be more. Love: reading, earl grey tea, coffee shops, being outdoors, traveling, farms, small towns & big cities, my book collection, kids.

Other Information:
I'm 30. I graduated from Bryn Mawr College and starting teaching through Teach For America. I taught high school math, high school special ed, 5th grade special ed, and was a special ed coordinator. I taught for 6 years before changing careers last year.

Institute!!! Those were the days lol I maintained my weight there mainly because of being so busy and not having time for workouts. I was at the Philly institute last year and they had healthy choices. I'd say the lunches are what held me back the most. Bread, chips, cookies! If you can replace the sandwich with a salad, I think it will help keep you on track towards your goals. My CMA did P90X in her room to help keep her on track.... just an idea!

I am glad that you are back. Do not look at it starting over for you will have a wrong imprint on your mine. Just say I'm here to make my goals and meet new friends. Positivity goes a long way. I notice for myself that surely works and it does help me move on. I am enjoying my journey. I hope you do too. See you on the boards. emoticon
