Institute!!! Those were the days lol I maintained my weight there mainly because of being so busy and not having time for workouts. I was at the Philly institute last year and they had healthy choices. I'd say the lunches are what held me back the most. Bread, chips, cookies! If you can replace the sandwich with a salad, I think it will help keep you on track towards your goals. My CMA did P90X in her room to help keep her on track.... just an idea!

I am glad that you are back. Do not look at it starting over for you will have a wrong imprint on your mine. Just say I'm here to make my goals and meet new friends. Positivity goes a long way.
