My Goals:
I would like to lose weight and tone up.

My Program:
45mins of Cardio 5x per wk. Strength training 3x per wk.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water.
Eat low fat, and cut down on the sodium.
Have 3- 5 fruits & veggies per day.

Thanks for adding me as a friend! I like exercise dvds too; my favorite of all time is Billy Blank's Boot Camp. Ouch I feel sore just thinking about that; can't do the elastic band stuff but it is a fun workout without them anyway! What dvds do you like?
