So nice of you to visit my page! Hope things are going well for you. I jogged on the treadmill for over 30 minutes last night; it isn't anywhere near as hard for me as it used to be so I am hoping to do this regularly. I would like to try the 5k again, like I did for the Spark virtual run. I am taking a break from weekly weight loss; feel too hungry to concentrate so for a while I think I will just hold at this weight.
