My Goals:
I would like to lose weight and tone up.

My Program:
45mins of Cardio 5x per wk. Strength training 3x per wk.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water.
Eat low fat, and cut down on the sodium.
Have 3- 5 fruits & veggies per day.

So nice of you to visit my page! Hope things are going well for you. I jogged on the treadmill for over 30 minutes last night; it isn't anywhere near as hard for me as it used to be so I am hoping to do this regularly. I would like to try the 5k again, like I did for the Spark virtual run. I am taking a break from weekly weight loss; feel too hungry to concentrate so for a while I think I will just hold at this weight.

Thank you so much for your prayers, Starlite. I am going to get through all this. How have you been doing? Great, I hope! I am planning to run 15 minutes on the treadmill at the gym tonight; not more than that because I have many things that need to get done.
