The New Me!

Hey everyone, my name is Kim. I am 31 years old and I live in a small town in central Minnesota. My husband and I have been married for nearly 10 years and we have two boys who are 5 and 1.

I am here to begin a new lifestyle, not a new DIET. I need to get back to the basics about healthy eating and staying active. I used to be all about the fad diets. When I was 16, I lost about 80 pounds. Gained some back, then lost some again, then gained....it's been a vicious cycle. SO, ...

I am here to begin a new lifestyle, not a new DIET. I need to get back to the basics about healthy eating and staying active. I used to be all about the fad diets. When I was 16, I lost about 80 pounds. Gained some back, then lost some again, then gained....it's been a vicious cycle. SO, after I lose the weight, it is my number one priority to learn how to maintain and keep it off for good!

I need to be a good role model for my children and instill these healthy habits at a young age so they don't struggle their whole lives like I have!

My Program:
I plan on eating healthy and working out at least 5 days a week, lifting weights, lots of cardio and LOTS of water. I will have a wide variety of exercise to prevent boredom.

Personal Information:
I have finally realized that being healthy is something you have to think about and work towards every day. I revamped my entire diet and know that eating HEALTHY and being active are what I need to be doing.
