My Weight Loss Page

I am a mom of 2, i live in England and have always been overweight.
I lost a lot of weight last year, and now weigh my lightest since 7 years ago, but i know i am only about halfway to where i want to be, so i am here to lose the rest.
I love the gym and go 3-4 times a week.
When i'm not at the gym i have usually got my nose stuck in a book.

My Goals:
I have lost about 65lb and would like to lose another 70+lbs to achieve my goal weight.

My Program:
I currently go to the gym 3-4 times a week and walk a mile between 2-5 times a day.

I am trying to find a diet plan to suit my needs.

Personal Information:
i am from the south of england, and work as a kitchen assistant in a school, unfortunately i make cakes..do you know how tempting that is?!

i have 2 children of 16 and 5.

Other Information:
I am very much into positive affirmations and my favourite of the moment is,

"My willpower is stronger than my bad habits."

Tell me what you are doing to lose all that weight. I can tell you that I have been slacking, but at this point in life I'm ready to do it! Keep up the good work.

Welcome to Spark people. I adjusted my ticker to reflect my starting weight. If everyone is going to see it I want them to see the real beginning! Holler if you need anything. This is a wonderful place.....

You are doing SO WELL - congratulations on coming this far!

I had also lost a significant amount of weight before finding Sparkpeople, and was really demotivated by my ticker not showing my progress - then I discovered that you can go back and change your starting wieght. I find it hugely motivating now that I can see that I am over halfway to my goal. Maybe it'll help you too.
