I've gone from regaining back to 122 lbs down to 113.8 lbs through a primarily vegan diet. :)





After the first 10 pounds...





I looked pregnant at 135 lbs! This picture was captioned "Best Moment of my Life". In hindsight, that's really sad.

Hooray for Health! :)

Over the past seven years, tracking my diet has helped me to lose almost 30 pounds! SparkPeople is a more comprehensive site than the one I used to use, and it has been incredibly motivational for me.

I always find that as soon as I stop tracking, I start gaining again. This time, I'm committed to ramping up my diet from vegetarianism to veganism. I notice that I feel significantly healthier and happier with the additional exclusion of dairy... go figure!

I also recently signed up for my first 5k... gulp. I've always struggled with chronic back and hip pain, and that's been the primary limiting factor to me becoming a runner. We'll see how it goes!

Oh, right, I'm also a full-time nursing student in an accelerated bachelor's program, and that's not overwhelming at all!

Hi there! We are about the same size and such, know what you mean about 116 being heavy. My best was 102/104 but that was not w/ strength training, just in my 20's. I'm really close back to that now and in my mid 40's so I'm pretty pleased!

You can do it! Love your pony's looks and name!
