I am tracking to keep a careful eye on my nutrition, taking my lunch to work most days, and not depriving myself of things I really want.
I'm am getting active whenever possible, usually by walking - my goal is not to take more than 1 day off, or less than two days on at a time, so it is a routine. About 6 days a week is average.
I'm Angela from Oshkosh, WI. I'm 44 with 2 young daughters, one is 2.5 and my baby is 5 months. I work full time as a graphic artist, and I've been with my boyfriend for 9 years now, no plans to marry. We have a long distance relationship, so I'm a single Mom during the week, while he's in Chicago working. It's not easy, but it's our life.
