the journey begins now.

I'm back! I'm not sure why i got side tracked but I'm ready to do to things right this time. Last year i lost 30 pounds and i ran my first 5k. Something happened after the 30 and i couldn't loose anymore for a while so i got frustrated and stopped trying so hard. Luckily, i didn't go backwards but it's time to kick it up and start the process again. :D

My Goals:
*Work out consistently 5x a week.

My Program:
Following the sparkplan! I've also started planning ahead my workout's and looking at them almost like appointments, something that i absolutely cannot move around. (That's when the excuses start.)

Personal Information:
I'm Crystal, back to spark people again looking for new motivation. I get my current motivation to keep going from my boyfriend, matthew and my cat, nightrider. :D

Hope you are off and running in this new week. I love Mondays because it gives me a fresh slate to push ahead. We still have a good month if not more of nice weather for outdoor fitness!
