Hey there! I haven't been on here much except to track my workouts. Once I start my new job I'm going to start counting calories again!

No, i don't really use this, thought it was a good idea, and still is, but taking the time to right down a meal i cook for nutrional info is a pain in the ass. I probably need to do something, occasionnally i use this thing called lose it on the ipod, i love that pp. It is a calorie counter and everything like this, and you can record exercises and everything. I just forget for like three days to log anything and them and like well screw it, this weekly total will not be useful

Sigh.... I haven't updated my weight in awhile. I'm now at about 134. I am starting to track my food again so hopefully I will see that go back down.
