Hey, I'm Liz. I'm 19 and a sophomore in college. I'm studying history/anthropology/archaeology, so whether I get a job at the end of this is anyone's guess! Lol. I love to write, read, and make crafty-type things. I'm rather nerdy, a little geeky, and quite a bit odd.

My Goals:
--shrink the excess fat on my stomach and thighs
--tone up everywhere
--be able to walk/jog/other active things for longer at a time without wussing out

My Program:
--tracking my food, ALL of it, and following the guidelines on the nutrition tracker
--cardio either every day or every other day (if I need a rest day) with either dvds or the campus gym
--light strength training every few days

Other Information:
As you might have guessed by my username and a few of the SparkTeams I'm in, I'm in a Dominant/submissive relationship, and it shouldn't be hard to figure out that I'm the sub. :) My love and Sir helps me stay on track with my diet and exercise! It's crazy what a bit of stubbornness can do. I am an aries, so when I decide to do something, I go for it! And man did I give it a good go! It was a long hard journey but now I couldn't be happier! Even more happy that it's now the weekend! You got much planned?
