Well starting over again! Seems to be the story of my life... Up and Down.
WW is the one that seems to work the best for me, so giving it another try. 35 lbs total is my goal.
My Program:
To improve my eating habits and to walk at least half an hour a day.

My name is Debbie and I live in Acton, Ontario... I am a married mother of 2 teens (16 & 18) working a full time job away from the house (And another full time job at home).
In early April 2011, I was diagnosed with ostioarthritis in my hands, hips, toes & shoulders.
Other Information:
I am addicted to stamping and I make cards for every and any occasion...
I am also an avid reader.
My favorite TV showis Criminal Minds, Flashpoint and News!
I suffer from migraines (caused by stress, weather, smells and food).
