Where'd I Go?

Hi, I'm Kris. Until age 24 and the birth of my first child, people assumed I was anorexic. Not so. I could just eat whatever I wanted and nothing stuck. Motherhood changed all that. At first I was thrilled not to be "the stick" and everyone kept commenting on how nice it was to see a little weight on me - a little, yes. Now, 50 pounds heavier than my pre-motherhood days, I'm wondering where that skinny clotheshorse went who felt great about herself. Where'd I go?

My Goals:
My goal is to find the fun me again. Feeling like I can't get out of my own way, feeling tired and dragged down is NOT the role model image I want to present my daughters. I try very hard to balance so much.

My Program:
I write down EVERYTHING that passes my lips - even a 5 calorie stick of gum. I count only calories and I am going to try to step up the activity level in my life.

Personal Information:
I'm Kris, a 42.5 year old mother of three (18, 10, 8) who works full time, does the chauffeur thing and is actively involved in my daughter's 4-H project which is rabbits (we have 23 rabbits, 5 breeds). They keep us "hopping" LOL

Other Information:
I love to watch TV which is bad and movies. I used to read constantly but can't seem to find much time these days, plus reading is a HUGE eating trigger for me.
