I'm a 31 year old mom who has struggled on and off with weight since I was in college. My family has a history of obesity and I don't want to have the same health problems as the rest of my family. My Goals:
I'm really trying to get in better physical shape for a number of reasons.
1. I want to be able to play with my children and teach them that it's not just about looking a certain way or the number on the scale but about being completely healthy inside and out.
2. My family is all very obese and has severe health problems because of it so I'm trying to do things differently.

My Program:
1. I will be walking 7 days a week for a total of 31-35 miles.
2. I love doing Pilates and try to incorporate this in about 2-3 times per week.
3. I'm doing the Slim in 6 videos so this incorporates Cardio, legs, abs, strenth, and yoga.
4. I'm going to eat 5-9 servings daily of Fruits and vegetables.
5. I usually drink about 88 ozs of water daily but I need to do better with this on the weekends.

Personal Information:
June 2009 - Can walk about 3 1/2 miles but I cannot yet run a mile.

Weigh 168 lbs.

I am so glad that we are both on FaceBook because I always get to keep in touch with you. You are doing awesome. Keep it up! I'll try to get on here a little more. It's just so hard with my new job and I need to get my bum in gear! This morning was the first time in weeks that I got up early and worked out! I've missed you, too! Kiss Olivia for me!
