HI I’m one of your co-leaders of the May 18, 2008 class. I’m very glad your found your way to SP. Good for you for already making your Sparkpage! You have come to the right place for information, support, motivation and ideas. My first advice would be to learn your food/fitness trackers well and then USE them. They will get you and keep you on track. Then find a team or two that meet your goals or interests and then become active on them. Motivating others will certainly motivate you. If you have any questions, just ask through spark mail or give a shout on one of the message boards and someone will come running!! I wish you well on your journey. Good luck
