My Goals:
I have a few pounds to lose, but mostly, I want to gain some muscle, eat better, and achieve better overall health.

My Program:
I'm starting slow so I can stay motivated. As I am successful with what I've done so far, I'll add more exercise and so on.

Right now, my goal is to strength train 20 minutes 2 days a week, and do cardio for 15 minutes 5 days a week.

In addition, I'm trying to eat better, more wholesome foods. I'm trying to pack as much nutrition as I can into my meals without giving up taste. I'm not totally giving up desserts though, but I am trying to eat less of them or make them more healthy when I can. I want to cook more and use less processed foods - or at least foods that are processed in healthy ways. I recently read "Superfoods" so I want to incorporate those concepts into my eating. This will be hard, but I want to try!
