Super(tired) Mom

Working mom of two with a fantastic stay at home dad for a husband. I cannot seem to make a plan and stick to it, but do try to lead as healthy a lifestyle as I can which includes exercising, running and attempting to eat healthily. I am not and have never been a fast weight loss person. I have finally been able to accept that I will never be the girl that loses six pounds in a week. So, I strive to make manageable goals for myself so that I'm not always failing.

My Program:
I am bootcamping three mornings a week and attending group exercise classes after work 1-2 times a week. I try to run at least once a week on top of that. I am considering joining a gym and/or a half marathon training program.

Thank you so much for reading my blog and your kind and inspirational words. Weight loss is different for all of us, some it's like you said 6 lbs a week and for others it's pound or less, yet in the end a loss is a loss! :D

After our conversation last night, I did the calculations, and it looks like I'm aiming for 1500 calories a day. Not a lot but better than nothing!
