Summer '09 - feeling really bad about how I looked. I was probably around 145-150
I have maintained my weight loss for about a year and a half now. HOWEVER, my scale has been climbing back up. Not happy about that.
Well, my nutrition for one. I started really exercising harder and that meant I needed to eat more. While I try to eat healthy, I have gone back to eating more desserts and drinking more wine. These things are not helping.
I have still been able to maintain my weight in the low 130's, and I think part of my weight gain is muscle.
That is an okay part of weight gain for me.
I want to be a strong, healthy, sexy momma.

A new year!
Well, I have managed to stay below 130, for the most part, since the Fall. I crept up a bit before and around the holidays, but I am back down.
My goals for 2011 is to be FIT! If I could get down to a consistent 125lbs that would be fantastic. I tend to stay around 128 for the most part right now.
Another thing is to cut down/out the sweets and less wine. That would probably make all the difference.
After incorporating exercise into my weight loss program, I have finally got below the 133.5 that I've been sitting around since January. I have seen a consistent 130 on the scale, which happened after probably a month of working out 5-6x a week. I just need to keep it up to tone it up!
Last winter I topped out at 148...I think. After I saw that I avoided the scale for a while. I had been in the 140's since probably early 2008 at least. This is very uncomfortable for me. I gain weight around my mid-section first...very unattractive.
I am getting there. Right now my weight is hovering around the mid-130's. I feel so much better and can fit into more of my clothes.
I took my eating and alcoholic drinking down as a way to lose weight. No more fast food lunches, passing on sweets, and not having a glass (or three!) of wine every night. The weight came off pretty well, but the past week or so I haven't had any change. Bummer.
I'll just keep plugging along and try to stay away from temptation.
Now I just need to incorporate more exercise. I want to get toned and just feel better. That would be wonderful.

Swimsuit ready by summer! Yes...next summer.
**Take stairs at work when my shoes allow for it (5th floor)
**Cardio at least 4 times a week
**ST at least 3 times a week

you stuck too? mannn....but you look great being stuck! haha.....i'd spit nails right now, but they arent in my diet! let me know what helps when ya find it, i'll do the same. im serious about the sensa though. justa push, ya know?
