A time to start over
As a stay at home mother its so easy to just put things off and do nothing, especially when there is no boss to tell you what to do. I am finally getting off my butt and finding a better me. Both of my kids are in school now and there is really no reason not to. We live in Flowery Branch, GA and it's pretty much the middle of nowhere. I used to do tons of volunteer work and take the kids to do a million things, but out here unless you want to drive forever there isn't ...
As a stay at home mother its so easy to just put things off and do nothing, especially when there is no boss to tell you what to do. I am finally getting off my butt and finding a better me. Both of my kids are in school now and there is really no reason not to. We live in Flowery Branch, GA and it's pretty much the middle of nowhere. I used to do tons of volunteer work and take the kids to do a million things, but out here unless you want to drive forever there isn't too much to do. I recently found out that our local park has a gym and it's only $20 a month. So far I haven't seen anyone else use it.

My Goals:
I am working on goals of 10% at a time. My first 10% will be 28 lbs at 256.
My Program:
As for my plan I am trying to keep my nutrition in the daily guidelines that spark is giving me. For fitness I am trying to get in 60 minutes of cardio a day. I will start strength training when I take a little bit of weight off.
Personal Information:
My kids are my life my daughter is 10 and my son is 5. He has been diagnosed with autism and we spend a lot of time seeing therapists for all of his needs.
