hey i was lookin through spark teams.. i saw that you go to college in houston... what school do you go to? I attend sam houston state in huntsville. im orgininally from houston and will be moving back to houston in december to go to university of houston for my masters

Hey - - I'm trying to lose the weight by August 1. I've been working out now consistently since December and that was my long-term goal date. If I could get there, I'd be so proud of myself! What kind of workouts do you do?
