Focusing on being Healthy and Happy!

This is the year that I'm focusing on me and being positive, healthy, and happy. I've been off and on this year with the dieting and exercising and really just want to be healthy instead of focusing on being "skinny" again. My husband is joining on this journey and it's nice that we keep each other in check. We've just joined a gym so that's keeping me on track with exercising, it's just getting the food part under control.

I'm wanting to run a 5k in the Spring and then try a Disney half marathon next year!

Other Information:
I've been in Colorado for a year now and want to explore every part of it. I'm looking forward to lots of hiking and camping this year.

Hi! I do Weight Watchers online, it works really well for me. Going to the meetings is a lot more expensive than going online. I think the benefit of going to the meetings is that you are held accountable. That's why I use SparkPeople, for accountability. It's been working well for me. Combined with exercise, I've lost 8 lbs so far in May :) But... I work out six days a week for about 30-45 minutes a day.
