Hi! I do Weight Watchers online, it works really well for me. Going to the meetings is a lot more expensive than going online. I think the benefit of going to the meetings is that you are held accountable. That's why I use SparkPeople, for accountability. It's been working well for me. Combined with exercise, I've lost 8 lbs so far in May :) But... I work out six days a week for about 30-45 minutes a day. 1505 days ago
