I am a divorced mother of three: 34, 32 & 22 and grandmother of four: 12, 9, 9 and a newborn (Feb.). Hopefully, when I'm trying to find time for myself, I'll figure out a way to control my working habit. I never had a weight problem until I turned 30, had my son who was two months premature and I never lost the weight from that pregnancy and it has slowly crept upward for the last 20+ years.

Overall goal is to get to a healthy BMI of 148.

My Program:
- Logging onto SP every day.
- Using the Nutrition and Fitness trackers.
- Drink 8 glasses of water per day.
- Get some type of physical exercise each day.



Personal Information:
I was born and raised in Iowa. I have three kids and three grandkids. I work for a technology company. My ideal job would have been to be a stay-at-home mom; but, sometimes things don't work out as you'd like but you have to roll with the punches and adjust!

I come from a large family. I have 4 brothers and 3 sisters. My father passed away in 1978 of melanoma skin cancer and my mother passed away in 2007. She'd had a debilitating stroke and also had diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I'd like to start living a healthier life so that she will feel better knowing that her kids learned something from taking care of her.
