Thanks for the friend add! I added you too. It was cool to see your pics of the 5k. My boyfriend is running a 5k with me tomorrow. First time we've done something like this together. Should be fun! Way to go on your weight loss - that's awesome!

STICK WITH IT! the first week you may not lose anything, but your body will be changing. i GUARANTEE that if you can stick within the calorie range, you will lose weight in 30 days. and take it one week and one month at a time!
