Tame the Fat

It is time for me to tame the fat as it has gotten out of control. This page will describe my quest for thinspiration. I used to be slim, although I didn't believe it at the time. I was even anorexic at one point & would try to throw up if I felt I ate too much. Now, I am obese & I am ready to lose the weight.

I was even anorexic at one point & would try to throw up if I felt I ate too much. Now, I am obese & I am ready to lose the weight.

I'm not sure what my weight was at the start of my weight loss because at 1 point I didn't have access to a weighing scale (mine broke down) but when I weighed myself last, I was 206lbs but I believe I was more than that when I started this process because my clothes (UK size 16/18) where a much tighter fit than when I was at 206. Maybe I was over 210...OMG!!

I went to a type of bootcamp where I lost some weight but I was only eating 2 times a day. I didn't do much exercise but when I came back, my clothes where a lot looser. But, then after a few weeks, the clothes started to tighten up again & I guess something just clicked in my head, it was time to lose the weight in a healthy, slow manner. I didn't want to lose the weight by starving or depriving myself because if I just ate again, I would put the weight back on again. This is the whole reason why I am at this weight.

So, I got a weighing scale & joined the gym & now I am on my way to slim. Come join me on my quest to discover my inner lion. I'm a woman, hear me roar!!!

Mini goal: 180lbs
Happy goal- 154lbs
Ultimate goal: 140lbs (my highest weight at secondary school- when I was this weight I felt so fat, now I would give anything to weigh this much)

My Goals:
My quest to find the thinspiration required to tame the fat, prevent loose skin & unleash my inner lion. Hear me roar!!

My Program:
Exercise + Healthy Eating= slow but steady weight loss

Exercise (30-60mins after work) using:
- Nike Training club app
- NHS C25k podcast
- Elliptical, stationary bike
- hopefully will graduate to using the stepper machine (so tough)

Healthy eating:
- no fried foods
- portion control
- calorie controlled diet


Other Information:
Love Martina Cole & Marian Keyes books.
