My goal is to get down to 120lbs. I've already lost 13 since I started. 13 MORE TO GO!!
I have been trying to get to the gym atleast 3 times a week. I should be going 4 times. I like to run on the treadmill/track and also do the elliptical machine & stairclimber. The elliptiacal is good for all of your muscles, it's a good workout for me. I also do strength training 2 times a week. That helps to be able to do those long runs.
I own a home in Lorain, Oh. I've lived there for about 2 years with my girls. I'm a single parent. I have two beautiful little girls who keep me on my toes 24/7...gotta luv 'em.
Finally made my own page. I'm debating wether I should cancel my myspace and just stay on this site. It is really inspirational. I'm still not sure if I want people to know my weight yet. I am planning on telling ya'll how much I weighed when I started when I lose a little bit more....your gonna be like whoa she was one fat mama!! Talk to ya lata. Love you.
