Quit smoking and need to banish the weight gain!

I quit smoking after a 10 year habit. I allowed myself a break-up in the mix there and ended up gaining 30 lbs. A whole year later I'm now ready to get rid of it! I'm really motivated, happy, and newly in love. My boyfriend has the body of a viking and he's inspired me to want to feel better about my own body. I'm grateful for the new found motivation and want to do this mainly as a way to conclude that even through nicotine addiction and a bad relationship, that I am strong enough to over come ...

I'm hear to reclaim my Ooo la la, although I know I never lost it.

- Eat 1400 or less calories per day

Keep it Simple

Diet:
Track and eat less than 1500 calories per day

Exercise:

3-5 Cardio sessions per week

1 strength training session per week
