Hi Stacey!

You have some good goals! One day at a time. I've really found that not having the good stuff in my house is key to losing weight. Every now and then I go and buy some cookies or cookie or buy a big tub of hummus and eat it all in two days but for the most part, not having it in the house and within easy reach helps.

I am surprised, surprised that you failed to mention that MICHAEL PHELPS, the greatest swimmer EVER is from Balmore (trying to spell it like it's pronounced). He's my second favorite hero (after Roger Federer).

Your Phoebe is so pretty. She looks soft like a bunny too. I have a long haired calico and she is so soft. I love it when she purrs but not when she drools and shakes her head and gets drool all over me.

Welcome. Maybe you could go get some Obama voters registered or offer to drive old people or those without cars to the voting booth?
