one last do-over/post surgery slim down

All of the 2009 info still applies except now I am a yaer older and an additional 40 pounds heavier. Since I ditchd spark 10 months ago I had back surgery and a hysterectomy, luckily I kept one ovary so I dont have to figure out hormones.

I am a 31 year old mother of 3 and wife to 1 ;P
I have battled my weight for 13 years now. It is easy for me to keep track because it has been an issue ever since getting pregnant with my first child whom is now 13. I have been fat, chubby, thin, super thin, fit, injured, super fat and in between in all those years. I have made a decision to live healtier and be happy with where ever it is I end up with a good diet and as much exercise as I enjoy.

My Program:
For this challenge I am making this fun for myself by eating the proper amount of calories and serving sizes and getting in some physical activity when the mood strikes me. I want this to be fun and a process that will eventually become a lifestyle I can maintain and enjoy. With the ultimate goal being to push harder when activity gets easy and I can continue to transform my body from fat and flabby to lean and fit.

Per todays 1 day challenge I measured myself. (Thats a real buzz kill).

Man those #'s aren't pretty! I wish I knew what they were when I started two months ago so I could feel good instead of bad about it.
I will check it again in a month. Woowhoo can't wait...!

Hi :) Had a rough week with my hormones. Oh well! Moving up and onward. I didn't really get into it much last week but I've decided that in order to actually lose the weight I'm gonna have to actually do some work!! What a revelation ;) Anyway, so today is a new day! 3 % last week is awesome!!! Congrats!
