*run a 10km race in under 70 minutes
*run a 5km race in under 30 minutes

I am following Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet and am lifting weights, and bike riding.

Other Information:
I am now back to Spark People for the second time. I have started this new journey on June 1, 2009.

After quitting smoking a couple of years ago, I have put on the pounds and, as the cycle goes, became depressed and inactive.

I am now ready to take back my life, and get in control. (and look fabulous in the process)

Stacey was the name that I always wanted when I was a little girl. Whenever my friends and I would play pretend (fill in the blank), my name was always Stacey, my DOLLS were always Stacy. LOL!
