Hi!! My name is Stacey and I go two school full time and work full time. I am a single mom with two kids and am short on time and patience. I have been trying to lose the same 30 pounds for three years.

Fitness Minutes: 3,850

My Goals:
My goal is to be a positive influence for my kids and try to be the kind of person I would want to be friends with! Life is so short to not take the time to live every day like it was your last! I want to be a full blown hotty and believe me I have to remind myself that every time I am sweating and suffering at the gym!


My Program:
My program is to work out three times a week and stick to the spark diet. If I can do more later I will.



Personal Information:
I have never been so fat in my life and have been depressed about it for three years. I am about 150 lbs. and have gotten as low as 142. Every time I get any progress I get depressed about how slow it is and fall into my old bad habits. Then I go back on my diet and start the process all over again. I am trying to break this process this time. I have been trying Jenny Craig for the last month and one time a week with someone for tweny minutes is not enough for me. I need daily support from other people who are trying just like me. MSMADRY checked on me the other day and I signed in for the first time in two years! wish me luck.

I love to read and work out and I love the progress I am making with spark people and all the people in it. Thanks alot everybody!

    Thanks for stopping in and saying hi. My kids are 15,14,& 13. Yep are my hands full lol. I am just starting this thing and not real sure how all of it works, but I am trying to learn. No sooner than I started it, lightning hit my computer at home, so it is in the shop getting fixed. I have a few minutes here and there at work to drop in but not do much. Hopefully next week I can really dig my heels in and do what I intend to do. Lose this cotton-picking weight!!
