Our monthly challenge is the "October 2013 Fitness Challenge" You compete with your own fitness pledge. Feel free to join at any time. The weekly challenges change from week to week on Sunday and cover various topics. This week it's called "Back to basics" and the purpose is to get basics that started our weight loss. The great thing about a weekly challenges is that they are short term so you don't get bored. We also maintain a bi-monthly challenge to help you with other goals you may have, right now it's called "The 6 Word Success Story Challenge" and concentrates on your success to motivate you forward

Thanks for stopping in and saying hi. My kids are 15,14,& 13. Yep are my hands full lol. I am just starting this thing and not real sure how all of it works, but I am trying to learn. No sooner than I started it, lightning hit my computer at home, so it is in the shop getting fixed. I have a few minutes here and there at work to drop in but not do much. Hopefully next week I can really dig my heels in and do what I intend to do. Lose this cotton-picking weight!!
