Getting back on track tomorrow. I overate by about 400 calories today and didn't do much in the means of working out. Sunday I'll be right back on track and am mowing the backyard. That will give me at least a few calories toward working out.
Yeah!! 1st week was a complete success!! I lost a little more than I thought I would, but I'm not going to complain, especially because I know how the whole weight loss goes. One week you lose a lot, another week a little, another week you maintain.... so I'll gladly take my 4 1/2 lb loss and pat myself on the back for a job well done!!
